One week was all it took for Cooper Wild and Celeste Fine to fall in love. And finding out that his father was murdered was all it took for Cooper to break. 4 years on and Celeste has never been able to make contact with Cooper, despite having had a child with him. But now Cooper is determined to win her back, and does everything in his power to do so...

What an ending to the series! I had tears in my eyes as I was reading the final chapter, mostly due to the adorableness of little Melody and her asking a question that I remember asking the man who has become my Dad too (just a bit later in life). It was a very moving scene anyway, but that parallel was what really drove it home for me.

The chemistry was off the charts between Cooper and Cici, not that I ever expected any different from Foster and her Wild Boys After Dark series, all of the pairings have had great chemistry inside and outside of the bedroom. It worked well for progressing the story. I also liked that there was no need for flashbacks to the week the two of them spent together, it was an integrated part of the story without the need for that.

I loved having more complex motives for characters, in this case it was particularly Cici who not only thought about what she wanted for herself with Cooper, but also thought about the implications it could have on her daughter and the rest of her life. It was good having that dual motivation.

I thought that Cooper was quite possibly the sweetest of the Wild Boys. Though they've all had their romantic moments I just thought that Cooper had more. He was sweet, funny and caring and for me that worked. He was also determined to make it up to Cici, even when she said she understood why he went off for 4 years.

This was a great read, and a great series, I'm looking forward to seeing what is coming next from Melissa Foster!

Everything’s naughtier after dark… Fall in love with the Wild & Bad boys. Long enough to burn up the sheets and short enough to leave you craving more.

Four years ago at a film festival, Cici Fine met Cooper Wild, a man who turned her world upside down in the span of one deliciously perfect week. He was everything she’d ever dreamed of: sinfully sexy, intelligent, and incredibly loving. When the festival ended, they returned to their own hometowns with promises of forever. But Cooper disappeared, and Cici was left to raise the daughter he never knew about alone.
Cooper is finally thinking straight after years of being lost in grief from the tragedy that killed his father and left his mother blind. Now he’s on a mission to find the woman he left behind—the only woman he’s ever loved.
But Cici Fine is no longer a naive young girl. She’s a savvy businesswoman with big responsibilities, on the cusp of a life-changing move. When fate brings the two together, they’ll put the old adage to the test and find out if love really can conquer all.
