Since she was a little girl, Phoebe has heard a voice in her head, her friend and then later her imaginary lover. Sirius has always known that his mate was out there, and that he mentally connected with her even if he has no idea who she is or where she is. But when disappearances in the Zodiac Zone almost cause Phoebe to be taken, she discovers that Sirius is the man for her, even if he's only been in her head before, in person he is even better!

Pisces Phenomenon is one of Mandy M Roth's shorter novellas, which I actually really like. I find them really easy to read books and perfect for that in between stage (or in this case for the train journey that was just long enough to read this one!)

The chemistry between Phoebe and Sirius was there even before they'd met in person. Both of them clearly liked each other and it was a smooth ride for the pair of them compared to some other characters! I thought that they were the right combination of sweet and sexy, it worked well, particularly in a short read.

There was a lot going on action wise in Pisces Phenomenon as well, and I felt like I was really involved in the world that Roth created (as with her other worlds as well) and there was a lot of information crammed into the pages without it feeling like it was being crammed!

I really enjoyed this one, I'm looking forward to more in the series!
